National Accounts Sales Executive

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our National Accounts team, reporting directly to the National Accounts Sales Manager. This is a National role, 100% Field based, covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
As a Sales Executive in the National Accounts Team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for Bridgestone and Firestone car, van, and 4x4 tyres. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service and building strong business relationships with National Account Customers. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Professional Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Account stakeholders at all levels to ensure long-term business success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute ‘Strategic/Go to Market’ offers tailored to the needs of our Strategic accounts.
- Business Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities while maximising share of existing accounts through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and professionally, ensuring that customer needs are met and maintained to the highest standard.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
Valid UK Driving License
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, automotive or tyre industry will be an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Languages Skills:
Strong verbal and written English.
