Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative OTR – Southern Germany (m/f/d)
for the regions of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, to join us at the earliest possible date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain existing sales partnerships with end customers as well as in the tire and construction machinery trade
- Proactive sales of OTR tires and system solutions to business partners
- Targeted support and acquisition of end customers and dealers, building excellent customer relationships
- Preparation and evaluation of machinery fleet analyses using existing IT tools
- Development and implementation of strategic plans for acquiring new customers
- Use of CRM systems, responsibility for reporting, and customer administration
- Conducting market and competitive analyses in the OTR tire segment
Required Qualifications and Professional Experience
Education:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a technical background and possess solid business administration knowledge
Professional Experience:
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in sales / field service, preferably in the construction machinery and OTR tire sector
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good CRM system knowledge
- Product knowledge in construction machinery and OTR tires is an advantage
Language Skills:
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required
