ABOUT THE ROLE

Job description: 

 
We are looking to fill the position of a qualified Sales Representative Commercial (m/f/d) in Berlin area as soon as possible. 

Tasks / Responsibilities: 

  • Implement the Fleetcare strategy, including Bandag retreading solutions and other innovative offerings within the assigned sales territory. 

  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with fleet operators and business partners. 

  • Present tailored concepts, products, and analysis results to customers and dealer partners. 

  • Take responsibility for sales volume and revenue planning in line with agreed business objectives. 

  • Deliver product, application, and Fleetcare training sessions. 

  • Manage and further develop existing fleet and dealer partner relationships. 

  • Represent Bridgestone at trade fairs, industry events, and customer functions. 

  • Conduct tire tests, fleet analyses, and Fleet Checks, including documentation of results. 

  • Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. 

  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on business performance within the sales territory. 

 

 

 

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience 

 

Education, Master’s degree, other certifications: 

  • Completed commercial or technical qualification with a strong understanding of business and commercial principles. 

 

 

 

Professional Experience: 

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or transport sector. 

  • Knowledge of truck tires, fleet management, or comparable technical products would be an advantage. 

 

 

 

Technical / Functional Skills: 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

  • Strong analytical skills with a confident approach to working with data and figures. 

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems. 

 

 

Language Skills: 

  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills are required. 

 

Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies: 

  • Strong sales mindset combined with a high level of customer orientation. 

  • Quick learner with the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations. 

  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues. 

  • Resilient personality who remains effective and results-oriented under pressure. 

  • Able to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a clear focus on objectives. 

  • Strong team player who actively contributes to shared success. 

  • Ideally based in the Berlin area or within the assigned sales territory, with a high willingness to travel throughout the region and sales area.
