ABOUT THE ROLE

Shape the mobility of tomorrow with us. We are looking for a Manager OE Engineering (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible and play a key role in driving forward our innovative development projects.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership
•    You will take on technical leadership and coordination of strategically important development projects
•    You will manage collaboration between internal departments and external partners
•    You will act as the main interface between the OEM and our technical development teams

Technical Customer Support
•    You will build long-term relationships with technical contacts on the customer side
•    You will align technical requirements and support approval processes
•    You will identify market trends and new business opportunities and actively bring them into the company

Product Realization & Quality Assurance
•    You will coordinate product development through to final customer approval
•    You will support production launches and monitor series ramp-ups
•    Together with the relevant functions, you will take responsibility for quality topics such as initial sample inspections and complaints
•    You will support technical challenges during industrialization and series production

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education / Degree / Certifications
•    You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field

Professional Experience
•    Ideally, you have several years of experience in the automotive or tire industry
•    You have already demonstrated solid project management skills

Technical / Functional Skills
•    You are familiar with quality-related processes such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report)
•    You have strong technical understanding and knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and their requirements

Language Skills
•    You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies
•    You communicate clearly and convincingly
•    You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute
•    You are self-organized and work efficiently
•    You are flexible and willing to travel
•    You think analytically and act in a goal-oriented manner
