Key Account Manager OE Sales (m/f/d)

Job description:
We are looking to fill the position of a qualified Key Account Manager OE Sales (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Tasks / Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with the German OE account across all levels (purchasing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and executive management).

Lead quotation processes, price negotiations, and product presentations for OE customers.

Coordinate all information related to ongoing and new projects between internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure achievement of budget targets, product availability, and customer service levels, including corrective actions when needed.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.

Deliver accurate monthly reporting on sales, forecasts, and market share performance.

Drive effective communication and information flow across all involved internal teams and global counterparts.

Identify new business opportunities and inform management for further evaluation and action.

Analyze vehicle/platform programs and anticipate future customer needs, including sustainability and technology trends (e.g., RFID).

Act as European coordination lead for global account activities, ensuring alignment across regions and maximizing OE end-to-end business opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Professional Experience
Education, Master’s degree, other certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience:

Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within the automotive industry.

Proven experience in Original Equipment (OE) business is strongly preferred.
Technical / Functional Skills:

Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, OE processes, and market environment.

Solid skills in account management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Good knowledge of supply chain, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
Language Skills:

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

German is considered a strong advantage.
