ABOUT THE ROLE

Job description
We are looking to fill the position of a qualified (Junior) Marketing Specialist Events & Digital (m/f/d) as soon as possible. 

 

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

  • Planning, execution and follow-up of trade fairs, events and functions in alignment with corporate identity and brand values, as well as supporting the EMEA headquarters in the organization and implementation of international trade fair appearances and events
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of all events through close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers
  • Managing the entire invitation and participant management process and coordinating all event-related services
  • Conceptualizing, designing and implementing trade fair and event formats, as well as developing and sourcing marketing and promotional materials
  • Supporting brand activation initiatives for Bridgestone and Firestone, including KPI tracking, as well as analysis and reporting to ensure an efficient ROI
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate identity guidelines across all channels, as well as preparing presentations and decision-making documents for management and the EMEA headquarters
  • Managing agencies and external service providers, including quotation management, coordination of translations, and support for digital communication activities and administrative processes

 

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience

 

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a comparable qualification

 

Professional Experience:

  • Relevant practical experience in marketing (online and offline activities) and events within a corporate environment or agency, ideally in the tire or automotive industry

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Proficient in common MS Office applications, ideally with initial experience in CMS, CRM or marketing tools
  • Mobility and willingness to travel (valid driver’s license, class B required)

 

Languages Skills:

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

 

Soft/Behavioral Competencies:

  • Creativity and a strong sense for target group-oriented communication
  • Affinity for digital trends and enthusiasm for new challenges
  • Team spirit, initiative and a hands-on mentality
