About the Role
Job Purpose
At Bridgestone MEA, we're looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead and manage training programs across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. You’ll take charge of upskilling our distributor partners and internal teammates, delivering sales, management, leadership and soft skills programs that drive performance and align with our strategic vision.
This role is about leading transformation in how knowledge is shared, performance is improved, and people are empowered across diverse markets and cultures.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Program Management
- Design, lead, and execute distributor training programs across MEA and CIS.
- Partner with HR to support L&D and internal training programs for Bridgestone teammates.
- Align all training initiatives with strategic business goals and commercial outcomes.
- Drive the digital transformation of training tools and delivery formats.
- Establish training standards and ensure compliance with global best practices.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Deliver targeted sales and product training to dealer/distributor partners to boost performance and loyalty.
- Facilitate high-impact sessions on management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Innovate learning methods to engage multicultural audiences.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires across the region.
Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Measure the effectiveness of training through feedback, data, and KPIs.
- Continuously enhance training programs to reflect evolving business needs.
- Report learning outcomes to the MEA leadership team and external partners.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the single point of contact for distributor training communications.
- Keep partners updated with the latest training content, tools, and requirements.
- Engage with regional leadership to align on learning priorities and execution.
Systems Management
- Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for both internal teams and external partners.
- Support the rollout of eLearning platforms and ensure system integrity and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related fields.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching, or Leadership Development are a plus.
Experience (years):
• 10+ years of experience in automotive training, ideally across sales or aftersales functions.
• Proven success in managing large-scale regional training programs in multicultural environments.
• Experience operating in the Middle East and Africa, with strong awareness of cultural and business nuances.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Hands-on experience with eLearning platforms.
- Analytical mindset; able to use data to track and optimize training effectiveness.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Languages Skills:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- French or Russian – a strong advantage.
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
