Role Summary
 

Responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Researches and analyzes industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest. Identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation. Develops complex forecasting models that include KPI's on budgets, resource allocation, business goals, and monitor and report to leadership on achievements and variances. Plans for cross-departmental projects in the strategic areas identified and oversees them during implementation and roll-out. Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.


Main responsibilities & key activities

  • Identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation
  • Develops complex forecasting models that include KPI's on budgets, resource allocation, business goals, and monitor and report to leadership on achievements and variances. Plans for cross-departmental projects in the strategic areas identified and oversees them during implementation and roll-out
  • Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and ensure integrity of data and consistency in reporting

 

Requirements for the role
 

  • Candidates will be required to demonstrate and role model the following Bridgestone Values

  • Bachelors or Masters level qualification in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations or similar field
  • UAE driving licence
  • Experience of ERP (SAP Sales Module)
  • Experience of Power BI system
  • Experience in analyzing large amounts of data and developing business recommendations
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Over 2 years’ experience in UAE Analyst role
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power-point
  • Effective team player
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Strong communication skills  with the ability to present and influence at all levels.
  • Results Orientated
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Candidates from within UAE
