Sales Engineer - Ivory Coast

Role Summary:

Reporting to Regional Manager - West Africa. Responsible for coordinating with headquarters in Dubai, UAE and local sales teams in branches to provide technical knowledge and expertise on Bridgestone products.  Working closely with sales teams and support functions as required to improve knowledge and understanding of products.

 

Role Requirements:

Degree qualified, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the tire industry. We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual, with previous experience in reporting and data consolidation. As Sales Engineer you will foster long- term collaborative relationships with both our partners and colleagues, you will thrive within a multicultural matrix environment working across diverse markets. 

  • Responsible for managing administration of sales contracts.
  • Maintenance of agreements and commercial logistics
  • Working closely with distributors.
  • Responsible for producing statistical reports, as well as preparation of reports and statements regarding sales efficiency.
  • Communicate with customers covering their needs and requirements including claims
  • Claim data analysis and market tyre inspection.
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good MS office and excel skills
  • Fluency in English and French is a must.
