Role overview
To undertake role as future “Solution Consultant”. Providing Bridgestone commodities/services to maximize market share, collect the customer and distribution needs and provide necessary solution. In addition strong focus on sales support and activity to enhance business performance.
-The role is based in our Casablanca Morocco Offices
-Main market will be West Africa
Main responsibilities Technical & Sales
- Fully understand and be able to explain specifics concerned to Customer and OTR department
- Product line up
- Market trend & research (demand/ Share, Competitors information, price positioning)
- Periodically visit to priority customers, conduct technical activities and collecting all sorts of available technical data in the field.
- Propose New Concept based on Data & progress Field Evaluation.

- To conduct Field Evaluation

Due to maximize customer value and customer satisfaction, provide solution to the customer, by giving advice.
- Suggest the proper operation
- Suitable tire product usage.
- Tire ordering and stock control.
- Delivery/ Logistic support
- Payment management
- Sales support and sales analysis
- Report activities to Bridgestone MEA/ Bridgestone Japan in English on monthly basis, to have most efficient communication/logistics.
- Willing to travel to mine sites/ other tire used site/ distributor office in West Africa once or twice / month (as required)
- To undergo initial training in Dubai-Bridgestone MEA with future training in Bridgestone Japan.
Essential skills, experience and behaviors
- English & French – written and spoken
- Expereince in Automotive Industy: Minimum 1-2 years
- Experience in Mining or Construction Machinery industry is also advantage.
- Engineering Knowledge / Qualification
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) is a must.
