ABOUT THE ROLE

Pour notre entité Culture Pneus, distributeur de pneumatique, nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller Sédentaire F/H qui sera directement rattaché(e) au Chef des ventes et basé(e) sur la plateforme de Chaponost (69). Nos plateformes Culture Pneus, sont adossées au Groupe Bridgestone, et sont spécialisées dans l'entreposage et de la revente de pneumatique automobile.
Responsabilités :

En tant que Conseiller Sédentaire F/H, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et assurez un rôle clé dans la relation commerciale à distance.

Missions :

Accueil & Commerce : 

- Réceptionner les appels clients B2B
- Identifier et analyser leurs besoins
- Proposer et vendre nos produits en valorisant notre expertise
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et résoudre les litiges
- Effectuer des campagnes de prospection et fidéliser la clientèle

Organisation & Autonomie :

- Alimenter et mettre à jour le CRM
- Assurer la gestion administrative et logistique des commandes
- Planifier les livraisons et veiller à leur bon déroulement
- Mener des enquêtes de satisfaction et des actions de suivi

 

Le profil recherché 

 

Formation : Bac Pro Commerce / Relation Clientèle
Expérience : 1 an minimum en vente, relation client ou secteur automobile

Compétences : Maîtrise d'Excel, Outlook et Teams

Qualités requises :

- Esprit commercial et sens du service
- Excellente communication et diplomatie
- Rigueur et gestion des priorités
- Autonomie et culture du résultat
