Key Account Manager TBR Sales and AG/OR Sales Hungary

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

Job Purpose

 

Contributes to the execution of the Commercial strategy, sales, units,  and profitability targets established by Sales Management within the assigned sales area by delivering sales budget commitments and growing business in TBR Distribution, Commercial Fleets and AG/OR channels.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

TBR Sales Performance:

 

  • Actively provides input and implements sales strategy for all local sales channels in TBR/AG/OTR product group (retail/WH/fleet business)
  • Develop and implement seasonal sales plans (conditions, value added proposal, trade marketing, E2E efficiency)
  • Follows up plans and proposes pro-active actions if results are not satisfactory
  • Closely cooperates with the sales forces of VIP Distributors (activation, action plans,training)
  • Identifies and follows up on significant business opportunities with customers, pinpoints the existing and/or potential problems and arranges for their resolution
  • Regularly visits Commercial Fleets (indirect) and AG/OTR customers on the assigned area, measure and report on tire performance (ToolBox)
  • Manages the customer database under the Bridgestone Truck program, with particular emphasis on new ones: active maintenance activities (purchase analysis/action plan), support for communication activities, provides feedback from the market, market needs/participates in creating new functionalities
  • Prepares input for the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting, reports of progress

 

AG/OR Sales Performance:

 

  • Actively provides input and implements sales strategy for AG/OR Customers
  • Develop and implement seasonal sales plans (conditions, value added proposal, trade marketing, E2E efficiency)
  • Follow up plans and take pro-active actions if results are not satisfactory
  • Identifies and follows up on significant business opportunities with customers, pinpoints the existing and/or potential problems and arranges for their resolution
  • Regularly visits AG/OR Customers on the assigned area, measure and report on tire performance (ToolBox)

 

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COOPERATION:

 

  • Manages the resources provided by the marketing department (visualization, gadgets, other marketing materials)
  • Actively cooperate with Marketing Department to help addressing internal demand’s and customers’ needs with regard to Bridgestone Truck program, AG/OR trade support
  • Actively cooperates with colleagues from other departments (LSCM/CS/Finance/FE) to ensure the highest level of Customer Experience
  • Initiates events for customers such as seminars, product launches, tire performance, trainings ect
  • Acts as a Bridgestone Ambassador for new products/tools/solutions

 

Requirements:

 

  • Higher education 
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Automotive Industry (commercial vehicle and/or components), as a  Sales, After Sales or Service Manager
  • Willing to travel
  • Experience of Multinational Company in Automotive sector.
  • Proved experience in Sales & After sales positions in Truck & Bus segment.
  • Familiarly with Truck & Bus Fleet business.
  • Experience in Dealer Network development in terms of Service Level, Corporate Identity and Company IT-System-Process-Reporting usage.
  • Familiarly with New Prospect Analysis & Existing Dealer performance evaluation.
  • Capability to increase current BS knowledge and skills in areas such as Dealer Network Development and overall Dealer Business Mode (Service Level and Profitability Analysis).
  • Experienced in Budget Process and Reporting in Multinational Companies;
  • Good communicator who can interact easily confidently and with credibility at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Capable to work with people of different sophistication.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Driving license category B
