ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. IMPLEMENT PPK & PAYGO  CONTRACTS – estimation weight - 40%
  • Implement all the related aspects (technical and administrative) of these contract typologies in coordination with Fleet Auditors through the management of Fleets vehicles.
  • Increase N° of customer and sales under these contracts achieving OB Budget targets.
  • Fleetbridge, Toolbox, Insight, Tirematics and other Fleet Software implementation at fleet and dealer level.
  • Develop Webfleet solution sales to sell a full package – tyres and solution - for fleets.

KPIs: N° of PPK Price per Kilometer Contract – PAYGO Central Billing Contract 

 

  1. SALES TO DIRECT FLEETS – estimation weight - 30%
  • Increase sales to Direct Fleets achieving OB Budget targets focusing on:

- TBR Fleetcare Model (new & retread)

- M-Items categories

- FDC tire categories (Front /Drive/Coach)

       KPIs: Total TBR; M-Items; FDC units

 

  1. SALES TO TOP RETAILERS – estimation weight - 30%
  • Increase sales to an identified list of top customers achieving OB Budget targets focusing on:

- TBR & Duravis/ Ecopia sales units

- AG Radial sales units

- Services to be delivered via retailers to fleets

       KPIs: Total TBR; Duravis/Ecopia mix %; Total AG
