Fleet Auditor – Bridgestone Mobility Solutions
Main purpose of the role
To provide on the ground operational support for Bridgestone Ireland direct fleet
contracts.
Reporting to
On a day to day basis you will liaise with the national account manager, and will report to the commercial operations manager, Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, North Region
Key Tasks
- Dealer Audits:
To visit key dealers on a regular cycle and complete mini audits following the audit criteria. To discuss ay shortcomings with the dealers and agree an action plan and schedule to rectify.
- Casing Control:
To visit dealers and review casings removed from Fleets and to ensure they meet the required standard and have not been removed from outside of policy. The key data is identified, recorded and reported on the prescribed format.
- Fleet Auditing:
To carry out tyre audits at nominated key fleets and report back fleet condition to the national account manager. To investigate any anomalies that you find as a result of the fleet audit, and find a solution to prevent any re-occurrence
- Fleet inspection compliance
Responsible for achieving regular high kpi’s of fleet inspections with key fleets, utilising the Bridgestone Partner network, and where necessary completing inspections yourself. To compile inspections completed by all parties for fleets and share data with Bridgestone national account manager.
- Fleet Maintenance work:
To ensure good fleet tyre management is maintained. A “to do list” would be created from the auditor’s written report and passed to depots for corrective actions on a monthly basis.
- Tyre Policy Adherence:
An integral part of good fleet management will be the auditing of the companies fitment and tyre pressure policies, including third-party and breakdown fitments.
- This position may require you to work weekends and at unsocial hours, i.e. early mornings and late evenings.
Key Personal Attributes
- A “hands on” approach and technically minded, with a Tyre Industry background.
- Good IT skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritise and organise a heavy workload.
- Clear and concise attention to detail on all aspects of reporting.
- An organised and methodical approach to your workload.
- A full valid driving licence.
- Flexible working style – able to work weekends, early mornings / late evenings when required.
