Main purpose:

  • To achieve the Units & Mix, Net Sales and Price Budget established for the assigned customers in Area
  • To develop and approach End Users (Boss) in accordance with the Key dealers of the area assigned
  • To develop the BS Partner Program implementing new tyre & mobility business solutions
  • To apply Value Solution Selling Program using the knowledge and methodology given in the training program

 

Main Responsabilities:

- Product Sales: 

Monthly budget achievement

Coordinate sales actions with Headquarter (HQ) & implement them in multiproduct customers to support sales activity

Increase the share of high profitability products.

 

- Boss (Fleets & Farms & OTR sites) Approach:

Prospect and approach end users implementing the VSS methodology to support dealers budget achievement.

Prepare a Fleet & AG, OTR End users plan with each key dealer making a monthly follow up.

Support megafleet KAM to approach fleets in the stage 1-3 of funnel management.

Coordinate with field engineering test performance follow up ant tyre maintenance recommendations to increase high profitability mix products

Communicate and apply the product claims policy

 

- Family Network Development:

Achieve Family Channel sales budget (BS Partner TBR & AG)
Prepare a 360º plan involving the different departments of BS to support BS Partners in terms of sales achievement, business development, finance advisory & POS quality improvement.
Propose newcomers to expand Family Network covering blank spots and develop actual BS Partner expansion plans, both coordinated with the regional sales manager and First Stop
To follow up KPI’s of each member of BS Partner assuring the achievement of the quality level and stablishing countermeasures plan in case of failures.
Promote the joint approach to AG & OTR End users between OE networks and BS Partners AG proposing monitoring, trainings, joint events or product presentations

 

- Price & Market info:

Apply BSSWR price policy, Sales promotions (Sell in & Sell Out) and Third Party policy.

Maximise the Rich Mix products supporting the launch of new product.

Follow up and monitor sell in, sell on and sell out prices of BS brands and competitors reporting to N+1 and product manage.

Frequently report of new competitors market movements in terms of product, channel, people and any key factor  related with tyre and solutions business.

 

- TYRE & MOBILITY SOLUTIONS:

Collect tyre data in end users (Fleets & Farms & OTR sites) through to Toolbox
Work with FE on preparing tyre and maintenance recommendations to reduce Fleet/Farms costs while maximize tyre performance
Implement in BS Partner Channel our Go to Market strategy (tyre & mobility solutions), while maintaining with WFS a lead generator program to increase end user loyalty/profitability

 

Requirements for the role:

  • Candidates will be required to demonstrate and role model the following Bridgestone Values:

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred Engineering or Business Administration) , Masters’ degree a benefit
  • 3-5 years’ of relevant Sales Experience;
    Multinational experience
    Commercial Vehicle (OE TB, AG or OTR Manufacturer) experience preferred  
  • Willing to travel frequently (80%)
