Our regional lawyers partner with their wholesale, retail and manufacturing business clients to serve all their legal and compliance needs. Key activities include supporting business growth and commercial execution, anticipating and managing regulatory and compliance risks, building and implementing preventive processes and protecting and, where possible, monetizing our intellectual property.
In addition, our senior counsels also act as EMIA-wide Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to the key support functions (like Procurement, IT, Retail, LSCM) or as EMIA-wide subject matter experts (Champions) in specialty areas like IP, competition law, import/export controls, and privacy, among others.
