Application

Help us to shape the future and send us your online application once you’ve found an interesting position. By clicking the apply button and completing the online forms, you will be able to immediately submit your profile. Even if you have not found the position you were looking for, don’t hesitate to register to our job portal and become part of our talent pool.

Pre-Selection

We always need time to gain an overview of your skills and experience and to discuss your application internally. As soon as we have a detailed first impression of your qualifications, we’ll contact you to inform you about further proceeding. In addition to matching your qualifications with the position you applied for, we will be checking if your profile matches with other vacant positions.

Interviews

When invited for an interview, your first interviewers will usually be the recruiter and the Line Manager responsible for the vacancy. Depending on the position to be filled, a second or third interview round or an additional assessment may be necessary. The recruiter will inform you about further proceeding after the first interview.

Selection

Before making a decision, we usually ask for references based on defined criteria. If interviews and selection show that you are the ideal candidate, we will offer you the position with a corresponding salary proposal. Should time require it, we’ll issue an offer letter confirming our decision and salary proposal.

Candidate pool

Even when there are several ideal candidates for the position in question, we can only hire one of them. But, as a leading provider of mobility solutions, we’re always looking for talented professionals and would therefore like to remain in contact with you. There is the possibility for you to register your profile in our candidate pool. Onboarding

We run onboarding events for new employees. We also support your first days with individual onboarding plans; and you’ll be assigned a mentor who will show you what it’s like to work at Bridgestone.
