POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Intern reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a Local role based in Poznań.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily bank statement reconciliation
  • AR tasks such as customer invoicing clearing, posting standard accounting transactions
  • GL account reconciliation
  • Possible contact with customers in France
  • Support to any local related queries within responsibility area
  • Assisting with team/departmental projects (may include limited travel)
  • Other ad-hoc accounting/finance tasks

 

Please note that responsibilities may vary depending on candidate skills and knowledge. They may also change according to the company requirements. This gives an opportunity for candidates to learn and wide range of accounting responsibilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Availability min. 30 hours per week
  • Communicative French (B2 or higher)
  • Communicative English
  • Attention to details
  • High level of customer service
  • MS Office (Excel)
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Linguistics or true interest in pursuing career in Finance
